Rosa Pastilla is an iconic wine, inspired by the local tradition of crafting high-quality piscos. It is made from the Rosé Muscat grape variety, locally known as “Rosa Pastilla,” capturing its most authentic essence.
Crafted with deep respect for the terroir and artisanal techniques, this wine stands out for its unique aromatic intensity—a direct result of the semi-arid climate and high altitude of the Upper Elqui Valley.
Aromas: Peaches, apricots, and sweet wild flowers.
On the palate: Sweet and enveloping, with a floral and fruity complexity that evokes the identity of the valley.
Ideal with fruit-based desserts, soft cheeses, foie gras, or as an aperitif during special moments.
