1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using the website www.cavasdelvalle.cl, as well as contracting any services offered by Cavas del Valle (“the Vineyard”), constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the site or our services.

2. Identity of the Vineyard

Cavas del Valle is an organic boutique vineyard located in the Upper Elqui Valley, Coquimbo Region, Chile.

3. Scope of Services

The Vineyard offers the following services, subject to availability and confirmation:

• Direct wine sales (in-person and domestic/international shipping).
• Bookings for guided tours and tastings at our estate.
• Customer support via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

All services are exclusively intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

4. Tour Bookings

• Reservations must be made in advance via WhatsApp (+56 9 7476 8200), email, or the website form.
• A reservation is only valid upon explicit confirmation from Cavas del Valle.
• In case of inability to attend, we kindly request notification at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without charge.
• Cavas del Valle reserves the right to cancel or modify a visit due to force majeure (extreme weather, health emergencies, etc.), committing to reschedule or refund any amount paid.

5. Purchases and Payments

• Prices listed on the website are in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and may change without notice.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, deposit, or credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
• Payment must be completed for an order or reservation to be confirmed.
• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted, except in cases of damage during shipping (see Section 6).

6. Shipping and Logistics

• Delivery times within Chile range from 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• For international shipments, delivery times and costs will be provided in advance and depend on destination and courier service.
• Cavas del Valle carefully packages all products, but is not liable for damage caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.
• In case of visible breakage or leakage upon delivery, the customer must notify us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to arrange a resolution.

7. Website Use

The user agrees to use the site responsibly, without introducing viruses, spam, or actions that may impair its operation. Cavas del Valle does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality, although we strive to keep the site operational and updated. Unauthorized use of trademarks, images, text, or designs belonging to the Vineyard is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, photographs, text, designs, trade names) is the exclusive property of Cavas del Valle or used under valid license. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Cavas del Valle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
