Crafted from 100% Rosé Muscat grapes, this orange wine is distinguished by its artisanal process: it ferments in contact with its skins for several days, giving it its characteristic amber hue, greater structure, and unique aromatic complexity.
It is a living wine—unfiltered and unclarified—that authentically expresses the terroir and natural philosophy of Cavas del Valle.
Aromas: Tropical fruits, citrus, white flowers, and subtle spicy notes.
On the palate: Dry, medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, soft tannins, and a long, enveloping finish.
Ideal with fish, shellfish, ceviche, spicy dishes, vinaigrette salads, or fresh and semi-aged cheeses.
Own vineyards in the Upper Elqui Valley, IV Region, Chile.
